    After the last years in Marbella leading Oyarbide Gastro, Carlos Oyarbide returns to Madrid with a final bet: an establishment in the Golden Mile where delight again madrilean people as he did years ago in his previous restaurants in La Moraleja and El Plantío.

    In mid-February the Navarran chef will open a new space that aims to provide an elegant setting in which enjoy renewed traditional cooking, well performed and based on the most careful selection of the product. Like himself, his cuisine is solid, simple and honest.
