We offer you the most exclusive market cuisine, where Carlos Oyarbide, himself, selects the raw ingredients with great care and attention in order to choose the best products under his criteria:

"Nature is wise, you just have to listen and observe it. Each season brings an endless amount of feelings if we are able to transmit in the dish the greatness that Nature gives us".

Thanks to its variety in the menu the diner gets in a trouble of easy solution if he opts for the tasting menu and gets tempted by his exquisite desserts, tea and coffee menu. For gourmets we offer a variety of cigars presented in a jewel box.

Both the menu and the menu are subject to market availability, which, in turn, may be subject to slight variations.
