Carlos Oyarbide belongs to a dynasty of chefs in Spain. Since the middle of the last century and starting from its roots in Alsasua, he is a descendant of this family of chefs.
His grandfather José is the one who starts the journey of a family business with his wife Rosa, instilling his family love and respect in the kitchen. Francisco, with his wife Julia, parents of Carlos, our chef, founded "Casa Oyarbide" in that Navarran town. Later Carlos emerges by his own power, developing his experience to the current cutting-edge cuisine, but from the base of tradition.
